She's ok...

So far, so good. I stayed home with her yesterday because she was fussy at the babysitter on Tuesday..so we thought she was probably getting it. She was fine all day...no fever or anything. I just got an email from her babysitter and so far today she is fine too. Soooooo so far, so good. Keep praying- it's working! Let's hope she makes it without getting it....Hayes has been miserable! I don't want to see sweet AC in that much pain!! So keep the prayers coming..... :)

Sick baby

We need your prayers....our sweet Ava Claire is sick. She's been pitiful, especially today. We went to the doctor...of course they say nothing is wrong (like always!)...just a cold/sinus/ teething issue.....WELL her good buddy, Hayes, was diagnosed with mouth-foot-hand disease today....and I'm almost positive I just saw "dots" on the bottom of her feet when we were getting in bed...her night light is dim, so I couldn't get a really good look...but I'm 85 percent sure. I'll let you know for sure tomorrow. Guess I should have waited a day to take her to the doctor.

Anyway, please pray for these sweet babies to get over this fast! And pray for the other babies to not get it. AC has been pitiful today...and it just breaks my heart to see her like this. She just snuggled on my lap and didn't even look at her story as I was reading it. This is the first night ever! (Since she's been about 4 months...so I know she REALLY feels bad!) It absolutely breaks my heart.......

17 months old

Can you believe it??? She is 17 months old tomorrow...where has the time gone???
I'm uploading some pics...sorry it's been so long! We've been quiet busy.... the school year is winding down...it's always a busy time! Ava Claire is just doing so many new things...every day is different! She just gets cuter and cuter and sweeter and sweeter! I LOVE the pics of her in her leotard...man, she really looks like a little gymnast!

We have a new house!

It's official....we now have a new house! yay! Ava Claire got to go see her new room and her big backyard! She's already met a little girl (2 years old) who lives right across the street....she sure won't replace Hayes...but she will be a fun friend. They played in the driveway for a few minutes...so hopefully this is a good sign! I guess we really are moving.....still doesn't really seem real. But I guess since we now have a house there...it's real! hmmmmm still just doesn't seem like it! I'm just hoping AC adjusts well...she sure will miss her friends here and the park! She comes out our front door and heads straight for the park...she won't be able to do that in the new house....guess daddy will have to get her a play-set for the backyard! :)
